@devilfish: What was your impression of this facility? There is a very nice review of the establishment in the latest issue of Zoo Grapevine and it is tied with St. Augustine in Florida as being one of only two locations to have every known species of crocodilian. That alone would make this zoo a must-see for most enthusiasts!

I really liked this zoo. I travelled especially from Copenhagen to visit: 1h 45 minutes on the train followed by a 3km walk in the countryside. Not all species are currently on display (Siamese and New Guinea are off-show - but I'd seen them elsewhere), and only those recognised by the IUCN are counted (so no suchus or osborni crocs yet). Interesting enclosure design, fascinating animals, and it was nice to see that other visitors had made the journey out here for a crocodile zoo. Staff were helpful and friendly, and I didn't have any major issues with the collection. Signage for non-crocodilians on display could have been improved and I'm not sure if they successfully encourage enough repeat visitors (currently enclosures for anaconda and New Guinea crocodile are being constructed, and Europe's largest crocodile has recently gone back on display) but I think it'll take more than that for me to rush back.
