      I think it's a small Napoleon wrasse (humphead wrasse), Cheilinus undulatus.

      It is definitely a Napoleon Wrasse - but it looks like a large one.

      Thank you both gentle lemur and Hix, was already thinking in that direction, missed however the typical hump on the head...

      @vogelcommando That small hump is why I thought it's a relatively small specimen - although it would still be a big fish compared to most wrasses.

      I see what you mean - I thought you meant it was a juvenile (which looks different).
