      Are those people actually on the island or behind it? I saw a keeper hand feeding the doucs on my visit but these people look like regualr visitors.

      On the island. I think they were with a keeper doing sth with/at the tree-stump, but no idea what. They didn't try to interact with the monkeys though.

      Those are probably contractors installing/fixing the artificial tree stump feeding station.
