      The best match that I can think about, it's Ducula rosacea, but I'm unsure. Probably the fruit-pigeon expert @Manumea can help

      I would say Ducula pickeringii

      It fits both D. rosacea and nominate Island Imperial-pigeon (Ducula pistrinaria) closer than it does pickeringii.

      Looking through my copy of Gibbs, Barnes & Cox, it certainly looks a lot like the nominate race of pistrinaria more than anything else. The evenness of the colouring without any signs of fading to pink anywhere in particular suggest this. Anyone care to comment? All help appreciated.
