Home to 16 diverse species of amphib, including Italian Crested Newts, Bosca's Newts, Rough-skinned Newts, Iberian Green Frogs, Cayenne Caecilians ([i]T. compressicauda[/i]) and one of the largest Common Toads I've seen in ages.

      Don't suppose you managed to get photographs of the Italian Crested Newts? We don't have shots of that one in the gallery presently :)

      @TeaLovingDave Not a good one I'm afraid (among other issues. you can't see its head, and it doesn't have its crest - basically could be anything!).

      Might still be worth rooting it out if a better one doesn't emerge one way or another :) there's no rush, though - hopefully when my herp thread reaches that point it might prompt people to check their photos!
