      Why American? To me it looks like an ordinary Common toad (or its Iberian sister species).

      @lintworm I have seen american toads at the Minnesota zoo. This looks exactly like it;).

      I see American Toads all the time in the wild (like almost every day in the summer) and this looks nothing like one. I'm not familiar with European toads, but I would guess a Bufo species, likely Common.

      @drill It helps if you mention that immediately:p. That said no similar species are listed for Oceanario, so you are likely correct. But I still wouldn't know how to differentiate American toad form European toad.

      No help on species id, but just a note to @Rayane that I am glad you got a chance to try out your new camera. Image looks great!

      It's not an American Toad. It doesn't have the American Toad's characteristic postorbital ridges and the tympanum is too small. Most (but not all) American Toads are also patterned with at least some darker spots. Looks like a European Common Toad to me.
