      @amur leopard It was really amazing - especially as this was a mother with two young ones and there was a group of giraffes very close by (~10 meters in the back) - so we had to take off the light from the Leopard in order to not make the giraffes aware of him...

      Was it an open-top vehicle, and if so was it scary to know that the leopard could approach in the darkness?

      @amur leopard It was not completely open top (the roof could be put up so that you can stand and take pictures) and we were to much excited to be scared.

      Fair enough. Sadly I can't really go to Africa or Asia currently for a number of reasons, not least that my sister is potentially fatally allergic to mosquito bites and bee/wasp/hornet stings, but I hope to see wildlife like this in a few years' time when I am old enough to go on my own. :)
