Melanistic Oncilla (Leopardus tigrinus)

Sorry for the picture quality but it was the only one I got. They had this young individual which has handraised at the zoo, it was living with a normal coloured oncilla.

      This is amazing! Cats are my special interest, including alternate color morphs, but I do not think I have seen a melanistic oncilla! (Or maybe I saw one photo online before, not entirely sure). Anyway, thanks for sharing.

      I was truly amazed when I first saw it, but it was a shame that it was living in such a small enclosure, hopefully there will be some renovations soon.

      A melanistic oncilla! That's pretty much My definite dreams coming into reality! A melanistic flat headed cat is something I would like to see though.
