@Grizzly Hound Had a smile on my face the whole time - the surrounding colonial and beach environment helped with that too. Nine hour drive and it was worth it. You'll hear me repeat these lines in my upcoming "Welcome Video" but just based on my own experiences I thought of Virginia as a combination of Memphis and Nashville. Memphis for some style of exhibitry and a bit of theatricality. Nashville because there's not much to criticize, a lot of habitats were built around nature AND there was a lot of unused space. I'll leave my thoughts there but I will have nothing but positive things to say about the place.
@Moebelle The burning question on my mind is did you (or are you going to) visit Virginia Safari Park to see the king cheetahs?
