      I assume both main photos are some kind of crocodile due to the pointed snout? Probably also the inset photos except the one for Alligator farm. It's not funny, it's sad. My local zoo did the same thing, where the sign on one side of the exhibit depicts a crocodile while the sign on the other side correctly depicts an alligator.

      @Arizona Docent They are the standard DK photos of a Nile crocodile. The photos are all zoomed in/out versions of the same pic of a Nile crocodile except the gator farm and the tooth closeup, which is certainly an alligator.

      I agree with you on one level that it is sad and not funny, but once you start reading the text and the photo annotations (broad, rounded snout but pointing to a narrow, pointed snout for example) it becomes almost comical to me.
