      I’ve never heard of bats being free roaming animals.

      @ChIkEn NuGrEt Really? They roam freely in jungle houses quite often. But this was in a rather small reptile house and I was able to get really close

      They are so incredibly soft, which is very unexpected

      @Mr Gharial Oh okay I thought they let them roam the park which confused me. That makes more sense.

      @ChIkEn NuGrEt Actually, the reptile house is the entire park. Zoo bizar is the smallest zoo in the netherlands, it consists of a one-room-house and a small barn

      @Mr Gharial That's very interesting. I wonder if Snake Discovery will do something like this with their reptile zoo.

      No clue, this zoo has a lot of free-roamers. Five large hairy armadillos, two skunks, a minipig and a group of rabbits (which mainly stayed outside), and (presumably) one fruit bat. Basically all animals apart from the arthropods had open enclosures. I don't think Snake Discovery will have something similar
