Franklin Park 7/22 - Not sure what this previously held? Closed off.

      I don't remember those rocks in front (so don't think it was an exhibit in recent years) but the large aviary formerly held andean condors.

      I visited this zoo in 2010 and here are some images of what was an Andean Condor aviary at that time:

      @Neil chace @snowleopard I meant the rocky exhibit in front, yeah. Inside the flight cage looks really neat, though. I wish it had been in use on my visit. We need more like that.

      I'm told this has reopened. Not sure exact species held right now.

      The rocks have always been there, but I don’t think that the area has been used as an exhibit in the past 20+ years.

      The flight cage itself just underwent a major remodeling, which involved improving the landscaping with a water feature and removing lead from the mesh of the cage. I don’t know if the area has officially opened back up to the public yet though.
