Looks like a Highland bull (from this and your other image). I think the black animals look much nicer than the commoner tan ones. I believe that Queen Victoria preferred the brown ones and set the fashion, but she was a woman with very little taste or imagination The sign in your photos also mentions this breed, together with Konik ponies and Juan Fernandez goats.
