Looks like a Highland bull (from this and your other image). I think the black animals look much nicer than the commoner tan ones. I believe that Queen Victoria preferred the brown ones and set the fashion, but she was a woman with very little taste or imagination The sign in your photos also mentions this breed, together with Konik ponies and Juan Fernandez goats. I'm not sure about the sheep on the sign, but they might be Jacobs. Alan
