      Cool, I'll be going to Bristol in a few days, I'll see how their lions react to our small amount of snow.

      Oh how Zoo Biology has changed. In the 1800s big cat houses were built in zoos such as London Zoo in order to keep the animals inside during the winter, away from the snow, in the fear that they would not cope! I am not giving the past scientists a bad word, they did the best they could with what was assumed and known at the time, but I only wish some of them could see this!

      Well, Hagenbeck did his tryouts with animals and cold weather since the early 20th century.
