What small cats do they have? Thanks

Eurasian lynx and European wildcat in these exhibits, with fishing cat nearby.

Surely these on the left are not viewed from this path, or are they? How does one see anything?

No, there are cul-de-sac viewpoints perpendicular to this path between each enclosure. Viewing is through glass panels and the furthest viewpoint is a sizeable log cabin. It's a nice set-up.

I can imagine that the sunken public path, then, keeps the throngs hidden from the viewing areas quite nicely.
