Melbourne's Orang-utan Sanctuary..
looking back at the exhibit. the orangs love it. they are clearly much more active and entertained by whats on offer. although the main enclosure has placed a priority on enrichment over a naturalistic immersion type exhibit, i think the matured trees where a clever addition. as they grow and mature the whole "look" of the exhibit will change. currently the apes seem little interested in destroying them when there is so much else to do..
