      I'm not sure exactly why the pool was drained but we were more than a little annoyed about it. The Walruses were thus off show and they, aside from the Belugas, were one of the prime fucuses of the visit. In fact there was a huge amount of building work going on and considering the hefty price tag of entrance tickets, we were surprised that no compensation was offered for the rather significant inconvenience.

      Well six months later the walrus pool looks the same - I was really disappointed too as they are still off show
