      Agreed. There was a feral population in East Anglia until the early 1990s.

      Does any UK collection still hold these? They used to be everywhere, but the last ones I saw were at Cologne in the 80s.

      This is one of the worst enclosures I've ever seen. Almost 50 Coypu are kept in a small concrete pit which is over run with pigeons and herring gulls.
