Though I often hear coyotes howling just outside my apartment complex, I have never seen them in Saguaro National Park West. Have you seen them there before? or is this your first?

@UngulateNerd92 I have seen them often in Saguaro National Park and the adjoining Tucson Mountain Park. If you want to see them you need to learn to wake up earlier. ;) I saw one this morning at dawn on the road between Pima College West and AZ Game and Fish, which I believe is just a couple blocks from you.

I hear coyotes near my place but I can't seem to spot them. They are pretty adaptable.

      I never see anything .

Just to rub things in, I saw one tonight just after dark on the road in almost the same spot I saw one at dawn yesterday morning. :p I also saw javelinas (including one baby) at my place at dusk again today, just like yesterday.

@Arizona Docent ah yes ok. You know... I wish I could be more of an early bird than a night owl. I realize that I do feel better physically and mentally when I am able to wake up earlier. Perhaps the flexibility my job can be somewhat of a burden haha, and yes I do live an apartment complex about 1 mile away from Pima Community College West Campus.
