I thought they might be, but I looked at a few photos of degus and the ears seemed a bit bigger and tails a bit shorter. Could just be variation...
these are degus - just looks like part of the tail has fallen off the one i can see - either due to fighting or mishandling
I have a degu as a pet her name is cuzco, i might get another one soon, they make GREAT pets but require special care as do a lot of exotic pets
