      Look how their tails are entwined :) To me Douc's always look ill and
      I still can't figure out how to pronounce douc.

      This one does, its obviously in poor health and fading... But they can look healthy- I saw a group in Bangkok Zoo once in very traditional housing- but they were blooming with health- for them living in the tropics seems the answer.

      I always pronounced it "dock" as in a shipyard. I find I pronounce some animals wrong all the time until someone corrects me! :p

      I do too...I always thought this was pronounced doke like egg yolk with a D.

      I have always said 'Dook' but I've no idea which is the correct pronunciation.
