Eastern turkey vulture, Cathartes aura septentrionalis
Niagara river, Canada 2017. A pair of these was resting in a tree beside the river, close to the road. I saw a lot of circling vultures here and throughout the rest of the two-week holiday in Eastern North America, but these were the only ones I saw perched.
