Elephant taxidermy - Museum of PUC Minas - Brazil

An african elephant taxidermy kept off display at the outdoor area of the Museum of PUC Minas, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. (Probably from a female elephant called Dandara, who lived at the city's zoo untill 2010) I just hope nobody gets nightmares with this.

I see why it's kept off-display. This thing would have given me nightmares as a kid.

Actually, I don't know why this looks so bad, once this elephant died relatively recently, and the taxidermy techniques in 2010 were already modern. Something went really wrong during the process

When did you go there? Is it open?

@Enzo There's something around a year since I've last been there. According to their social media, they're still closed.
