Eurasian aspen (Populus tremula) with European mistletoe (Viscum album), 2019-03-30
European mistletoe is fairly commonly seen in the Limburg region but is rarer elsewhere in the Netherlands. When the trees (mostly aspen and poplars) have their leaves you can still see the mistletoe balls but not as clearly as here.
