Fish ID anyone?

I saw this fish in a lake in the Azores but what is it?

European perch Perca fluviatilis, I would say. There are apparently only seven species of freshwater fish (only one native) in the Azores, so I doubt there is much chance of confusion.

Excellent! I couldn't find much info on fresh water fish in the Azores.

@DesertRhino150, really care to mention which species? Any endemisms like killifish or something?

@Kifaru Bwana No endemisms in the Azores - the only native species that occurs in freshwater is the European eel.

The other six introduced species are the European perch, common carp, Northern pike, rainbow trout, roach and zander.
