      No, it's the Moonlight Gourami, trichogaster microlepis. Lighting has given it a bluer than usual sheen.

      I agree with your identification but, after a recent taxonomic changes, the moonlight gourami is now Trichopodus microlepis not Trichogaster microlepis.
