Fiskeri- og Søfartsmuseet - Wadden Sea Pavilion - Aviary

The Wadden Sea Pavilion is a new exhibition, opened in 2014, about life in the Wadden Sea. The centerpiece is an aviary with birds and fish from the Wadden Sea. The bird species are common eider, Eurasian wigeon, northern pintail, tufted duck, barnacle goose, pied avocet, and common shelduck.

      This looks like a fascinating exhibit and thanks for uploading several photos of the enclosure. Can anyone walk up to the covered aviary or is there a hidden fence line?

      @snowleopard As you have probably already seen on the other photo of mine you commented, there is a railing and some glass panels preventing visitors from coming into direct contact with the aviary, though you can still get close enough.
