      Is that a rare Welsh sheep? I think that there are only a handful left in the wild.;)

      I don't want to be too critical of what they are trying to do, but this place looks very cold and bleak and depressing and really unsuitable for monkeys from tropical regions. It seems to be partly a farm and partly a sanctuary- though that in itself is not a critisism it does make everything look more 'scruffy' as a result.

      Indeed it does make it look scruffy. This gibbon enclosure is pretty big, I don't know why they don't split it into 2 enclosures, give one half to one of the tiny cages, and build a similar exhibit in the adjacent field. So easy, but it hasn't been done.
