Gorillas indoor exhibit - Saint Martin la Plaine

In 2005, the Espace Zoologique de Saint Martin la Plaine (France) opened a large 2000 m² tropical building for his western lowland gorillas. It consists of three 300 m² grassy indoor exhibits (12 m high). Many climbing structures allow gorillas to use the entire volume of the greenhouse. The exhibits were connected in 2010 to grassy outdoor enclosures. The first exhibit is home to Euro (1,0 born in 1999) and Gincko (1,0 born in 2001), the second one is home to colobus monkeys and yellow-nosed monkeys, and the third one is home to Kishu (1,0 born in 1990), Bandi (0,1 born in 1997), and N'Tami (0,1 born in 2008).
