I should probably give some information about what this place is. It's a government run breeding centre for waterbirds that is not publicly accessible. However it is possible to see some of the enclosures from a publicly accessible pathway at the Bang Pra Non-hunting Area where these pictures were taken.

You answered my question before I could ask it :p
Where would you (or anyone, really) say the best place to see greater adjutants is, whether captive or wild?

I don't have much first hand experience seeing Greater Adjutants because this was my first, and so far only, time seeing one, however from what I've heard they're not a very common species in Asian zoos. I think Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) Zoo had one but I believe they no longer do and I don't know of any zoos definitely currently holding the species.

For wild your best bets are probably Assam in India or Tonle Sap in Cambodia.
