Magnificent animal, too bad they are virtually gone in North American zoos.

mstickmanp- ya the only other one I can think of is San Diego Zoo.

And Brookfield is sending theirs away as part of their budget reductions

Reduakari - Well thats sad. Do you know where they are sending them to?

reduakari - Where did you hear that? They said that there would be two species being moved, but that latest I heard, they did not disclose which ones. Do you by chance know of the other species that is leaving Brookfield?

The other animals they're sending away are the warthogs

I could understand moving warthogs. ( being so common but why Congo Buffalo )

Could someone post or info me about a site that includes this species husbandry. ( I would want to know more about them before making an assumption )
