      This is called economy.
      Normal penguin exhibits with successful breeding are at Moscow oceanarium (RIO mall), Moscow zoo, Krasnoyarsk zoo.
      This penguin pair came from Kazan oceanarium, where the exhibit is slightly bigger but still crappy.
