      Is it really a hybrid? looks like a normal brown bear within change of fur.

      In fact I didn't see any Ursus thibetanus in this zoo.

      Looks more like a Ussuri brown bear (Ursus arctos lasiotus) which is either moulting, or has a mild case of alopecia.
