      Bit small for all 3 species maybe, especially the sifaka deserves a more impressive enclosure.. Glad they are spreading in US zoos anyways.

      @DelacoursLangur The three species don't share the exhibit at the same time. They are transitioned throughout the day to keep from crowding.

      Doesn't really stand up to some of Houston's recent additions, are there plans to build a new primate section?

      @Nix No. The plan is to convert this complex into an Asian complex (as part of the Asian zone with the elephant and tiger exhibits expanded adjacent to this). So most exhibits would stay but the species list would change greatly and I imagine some refreshing would be done to improve the aestetics.

      The sifakas will almost certainly stay at the zoo as the plan is to create a new Madagascar building. This will either be a renovation of the existing natural encounters building or a replacement for it, pending further study. This is a future phase of the master plan though so don't expect it anytime soon.

      Also this exhibit is taller and larger in person than the image shows, likely due to the lens distortion. Its by no means an excellent exhibit but its not a bad display.
