Kereru or New Zealand Pigeon (Hemiphaga novaeseelandiae)

The photo was taken by my father (I never have been in NZ) at the Rainbow Springs nature reserve and kiwi encounter, in Rotorua, North island. I'm very happy, three days ago I received one small feather from this amazng species.
