Klippie, one of Rotterdams favorites past away April 16 2013

I heard so already. Sad, he was a funny little animal.

Today fruitlessly searching for this animal. I finally met a keeper and I asked him, I learned that he died yesterday. And it was one of the main animals that I wanted to see in Rotterdam.

So sorry for you Tomek ( and all others who loved this animal ). Hope the photo can make something good.

I hope a lot that the european zoos try to import new klipspringer, they're such great animals and make a good society to giraffes or rock hyrax.

I saw a group of them in an enclosure near the bongos outside.

Oh yes! So are there no klipspringers in Europe at all now?

Valencia and Frankfurt still have some, none of them are capable of breeding though (if I recall correctly).
