Lemur - identification please

Not easy to get a decent photo . Judging by the rather hunched body whilst moving I think this is not a young animal . Housed with a black and white ruffed lemur .

      Female black lemur?

The fur is too pale and the facial markings too short to be a female black lemur - but I suspect it does have black lemur blood. My guess would be a black x whitefronted lemur (Eulemur macaco x albifrons)

I've seen this in other elderly lemurs though TLD, the fur can get paler and more washed out! But not 100%

I'm with Al on this - my guess would be an elderly female Black Lemur (the fur on the tail is visibly thin in the sunlight as well).

I'll go with that judgement, then :)

A sign on the enclosure confirms that this is a female black lemur born at Blackpool Zoo .
