this photo shows the entire tank. It is part of a whole wall covered in miniscule tanks of this size

unfortunately no. I was there first time in 2006 and the wall of tiny tanks was there then as well. I expect some of the species have changed since then but the exhibit itself is permanent. They really are shockingly small.
