Leopard Trail - Giant Flying Squirrel walk-thru

Taken just after the park opened, squirrels weren't out yet. The netting is 10-metres high, allowing the squirrels to glide a considerable distance. Red-and-white Giant Flying Squirrels (Petaurista alborufus) are presently on display. The park also has Vietnamese Giant Flying Squirrels (Petaurista philippensis) off exhibit.

How does this exhibit work? Is it just complete luck if you see the squirrels glide (or see them out at all), or is there some kind of organized demonstration?

Its pure luck. The enclosure basically works like a walk-in aviary for birds, except that it houses giant flying squirrels instead.
