Exactly! Neatly cut grass is something that I hate when it comes to zoo enclosures. Why do they do it? PS: Perhaps though, and maybe only a product of my imagination, I t h i n k that I may have read the argument - somewhere, sometime - here on ZooChat that neatly cut lawns reduce the risk of the zoo animals catching parasites of different kinds. Could that be it? Would any of the professionals here at the site like to comment?
