Lesser or Raggiana bird-of-paradise?

Walsrode, 04/2022. In the enclosure this picture was taken, both species were kept together and both were signed. (The two pictures are not the same animal but two different individuals.)

This one is Raggiana from my perspective, other one is very tough and I’m not entirely sure.

I'd agree with amur leopard on this one. Faced the same difficulty in telling them apart when visiting Walsrode last year. Raggiana female/non-breeding should have a darker underside and a black patch in the throat area according to the Handbook so this would fit, but due to the perspective, I'm also unsure about the other one
