Lisbon Zoo 1997 - My very first Koala

Scanned photo from my visit in August 1997. I cannot remember seeing the Koalas at Tierpark Berlin in 1995, which they had on a loan on their 40th anniversary, so this one in Lisbon would have been my first. But a decade later I spent some months in Australia and saw more than I can count.
