Madagascar Teal in the Bornean Longhouse Aviary

And the justification for including a Madagascar endemic in a South-east Asian exhibit is?
    • Ituri
Just because it's called the Bornean Longhouse Aviary, doesn't mean it's a southeast Asian exhibit, right zoogiraffe? ;)

That really does seem to be the logic.

The aviary also includes Bali Starlings/Rothschild's Mynah.

There's a thread somewhere in here where we went through the whole stock - I don't think there's anything in there specifically Bornean - mostly wide-ranging (usually Asian, in fairness) species with a smattering of other islands' endemics...

Correct it does just seem to be a name used for the Aviary.
