Magdeburg Zoo - Africambo (Rhino House)
The Rhino House in the Africambo section of Magdeburg Zoo. Inside the Rhino House are indoor viewings for eastern black rhino (Diceros bicornis michaeli), Tanzanian black-and-white colobus (Colobus angolensis palliates), dwarf mongoose (Helogale parvula) and cape ground squirrel (Xerus inauris) as well as a couple of reptiles. The Africambo I area is the first phase of the new African savannah area opened in 2010. The whole area is 20.000 m2 and features many African savannah animals. The second part, Africambo II, will feature a new elephant exhibit. June 2012
