      Can't entirely work out the crickets on the sign - not even sure if it represents two different species or different sexes of the same species. The invertebrate on the top of the sign is a water hog louse (Asellus) - if I was guessing I think it might be Asellus hilgendorfii, which seems a common Japanese species that is kept in aquariums elsewhere.
