Naked dog

This is a large domestic dog with no hair. I asked someone about it, and I think he said it was there so the vet could treat it. Pretty odd.

This breed of dog is a Xoloitzcuintli , it was kept by the indigenous prehispanic peope such as the Aztecs , they are quite rare as domestic pets but you can see quite a few of these animals in zoological gardens in Mexico
