      Yes it has - but the surronding plants have either been trimmed or removed.

      It never used to be concrete before but it is now!!

      Yes the pond has always been there but when I visited it looked suprisingly new, rebuilt and tidy with a new concrete base and new plants, so I assumed it to be new.
