      Several parts of the exhibitions focus on future alternatives to eating meat, and this area suggests insects as one of the alternatives, exhibiting two species of edible insects.

      Økolariet is a combined museum and science center with free entry right in the middle of the Danish town Vejle. It has various permanent exhibitions on ecology and nature, with changing exhibitions on how the Vejle area can help make the planet greener. It's not really a zoological institution, but as typical of such museums, it exhibits a few live animals (fish, insects etc.) where appropriate.
