      Orcinus orca. The orcas in Monterey Bay are well studied. I think this is 'Jimmy' (CA50B), who we saw with 'Aurora' (CA51A) and her calves. These are orcas from the Biggs population, which were previously called Transients as they range widely to hunt mammals.
