      Did the Brookfield Zoo eventually removed plans to renovate the Pachyderm House and eventually phased out plans to exhibit elephants?

      Correct. Elephants haven't been at the zoo in nearly a decade at this point, and the plan to renovate the pachyderm house was scrapped not too long after. Elephants are still slated to make their return to Brookfield eventually, but it will be a brand new exhibit and not in the pachyderm house.
